The Perfect Waffle
Ingredients

| 2 | Eggs |
| 2 cups | All-purpose flour |
| 1¾ cups | Meyenberg Whole Goat Milk or Low-Fat |
| ½ cup | Vegetable oil |
| 1 tbsp | Granulated sugar |
| 4 tsp | Baking powder |
| ¼ tsp | Salt |
| ½ tsp | Vanilla extract |
| Toppings | |
|---|---|
| 3 tbsp | Meyenberg Goat Milk Butter, or more to taste |
| ½ cups | Fresh fruit, like blueberries or raspberries |
| ¼ cups | Toasted seeds or nuts |
| Some | Maple syrup or honey, to taste |
| Dash of | Cinnamon, optional |
Preparation

Heat the waffle maker. Add the eggs to a large mixing bowl and beat until fluffy. Whisk in the flour, goat milk, vegetable oil, sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Once smooth set aside. Spray the waffle maker with a non-stick spray. Evenly pour in the mixture and cook until golden. This should take about 4-7 minutes. Top with butter, fruit, nuts or seeds, syrup, and a dash of cinnamon just before serving.
