						Everything-But-The-Bagel Goat Kefir Sauce
Ingredients
4 Servings| 1 cup | Meyenberg Plain Goat Milk Kefir | 
| 3 tsp | Everything Bagel Spice | 
| Red pepper flakes, to taste | |
| ½ | Lemon, juiced | 
| 1 tsp | Paprika | 
| 1 tbsp | Chopped parsley | 
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a small food processer or blender. Blend for 30 seconds-1 minute or until smooth.
Season to taste with salt and fresh black pepper. Enjoy!
