						Cookie Dough Protein Bites

Ingredients
12 Servings| 2 cup | Flour (we used oat) | 
| ½ cup | Nut butter, melted and slightly cooled (we used peanut butter) | 
| ⅓ cup | Protein powder of choice | 
| 4 tbsp | Maple syrup | 
| 2 tsp | Vanilla extract | 
| ½ cup | Meyenberg Whole Powdered Goat Milk | 
| ¼ cup | Chocolate chips | 
Preparation

Thoroughly mix together flour and protein powder in a large bowl.
Fold in the Goat Milk powder, nut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla. You may need to add a few tablespoons of water, as the mixture should be the consistency of cookie dough - thick by pliable.
Add chocolate chips.
Next, begin to make cookie dough balls. Each ball should be about 2 tablespoons, rolled into a ball. Set the rolled balls on the baking sheet.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week, or in the freezer for up to 3 months.
