Green Goat Milk Smoothie

Ingredients
2 Servings| 1 cup | Whole or Low Fat Goat Milk, can be make from Powdered Goat Milk |
| 3 cup | Leavy greens, lightly chopped |
| 1 | Apple, chopped |
| 1 | Avocado, pitted and peeled |
| 1 | Banana, frozen, peeled and chopped |
| ¼ cup | Ice, optional |
| Honey or maple syrup to taste |
Preparation

Add all ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth.
Pour into a cup to enjoy before work, or in a jar to take your green smoothie on the go.
