Ingredients

2 Servings
1 cup Whole or Low Fat Goat Milk, can be make from Powdered Goat Milk
3 cup Leavy greens, lightly chopped
1 Apple, chopped
1 Avocado, pitted and peeled
1 Banana, frozen, peeled and chopped
¼ cup Ice, optional
Honey or maple syrup to taste

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients into the blender, and blend until smooth.

     

    Pour into a cup to enjoy before work, or in a jar to take your green smoothie on the go.
