						Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients
| 4 | Sweet potatoes | 
| 1 | Apple, sliced thin or diced | 
| ¼ cup | Chopped nuts and seeds | 
| ½ cup | Whole Goat Milk or Low-Fat | 
| 2 tbsp | Goat Milk Butter | 
| ¼ tsp | Cinnamon | 
| ¼ tsp | Salt | 
| ½ tsp | Vanilla extract | 
Preparation

- Peel the sweet potatoes and poke a few holes around each before adding to a pot of boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Once the time is up, check to see if the potatoes are tender by trying to stick a fork through to the middle. Continue to boil until soft.
 - Then, strain the potatoes and add them back into the warm pot. Mix in the goat milk and butter, cinnamon, and salt. Use a potato masher, fork, or if you want a super creamy mash, simply add everything into a blender and mix until smooth.
 - Add in fresh or dried fruits along with nuts and seeds of choice. Serve warm and enjoy!
