						Microwave Chocolate Mug Cup

Ingredients
| ¼ cup | All-purpose flour | 
| ¼ cup | Granulated sugar | 
| 2 tbsp | Unsweetened cocoa powder | 
| ⅛ tsp | Baking soda | 
| ⅛ tsp | Salt | 
| ¼ cup | Whole or Low-Fat Goat Milk | 
| 2 tbsp | Vegetable oil | 
| ¼ tsp | Vanilla extract | 
| 1 tbsp | Chocolate chips | 
Preparation

Whisk together the dry ingredients in a medium-sized mixing bowl. Slowly add the goat milk and oil until smooth. Pour into a microwavable mug and drop in the chocolate chips. Microwave on medium heat for just under 2 minutes. Enjoy!
